Release Notes: New features for Talend Open Studio for ESB (Studio) include, for Data Services (REST), full support for RESTFul service development, tRESTRequest, HTTP Basic authentication, and HTTPS support, and JMX-based monitoring on the Talend Runtime without further configuration. For Data Services (SOAP), this release adds WSDL Schema Import improvements and JMX-based monitoring on the Talend Runtime. For Route Builder, there's a new cJMSConnectionFactory and cErrorHandler component. Additional explicit message endpoint components have been added for cHTTP, cLog, and cMail. In Talend Open Studio for ESB (Runtime_ESBSE)/Talend ESB Standard Edition, for Runtime Container, there are easier and more options to configure Web-Service Client Requests, Service Activity Monitoring (SAM) Server support for external DBMS configuration, and Nagios Monitoring Support with specific support for CXF, Camel, and ActiveMQ.


Release Notes: New features include improvements in REST Service development (HTTPS and Basic Auth), an updated Rent-a-car example, routes exported as a kar file to improve the dependency management, and ESB Consumer configuration at runtime (SSL, proxy, etc.). SAM Server on Talend Runtime works with all supported databases.


Release Notes: There is a new cHTTP component (a few improvements will follow with RC1). There is a new cErrorHandler component to provide much easier error handling within routes. In addition to the shared connection pool for JMS Connections, there is transaction support for JMS Connections (see the new ‘Use Transaction’ flag) and improvements related to tXMLMap.
